We have struggled after spending hours in this place only to have to follow up with Verizon directly because they didn’t do anything correctly. They screwed up our bills. Didn’t return my trade in the correct time. Didn’t honor online deals and told me I could leave and do it online. Hmm seems shady. I guess I’ll just do my trade ins online or go to aurora.
- ZZZacharyNov 4, 20252.0Wife and I went in to get new phones and swap some phone lines. Was told immediately we don’t do anything except phones, you have to spend an hour on the phone to swap lines. Called around to find out that’s not how that should work. Also brought in a new watch to get set up with the phones. The employee blatantly lied and said he set the plan up when I watched him not turn on the watch. We left as soon as possible (unfortunately after getting phones) and went to a different Verizon for better service.

If you walk in or schedule an appointment you still have to wait awhile. Last time I made an appointment ,I had to wait 20 minutes. While others who came in after me with no appointments got waited on ahead of me. When I asked about this they said it was because the person I was scheduled with was busy. Now I don't make appointments.
