  Lady who was working today was very rude! I went in to return my home Internet box. I got messages and emails saying to take it to a Verizon store, I assumed that meant any so I went to this location. She stayed sitting down which isn't a huge problem but most Verizon places I've been to they have gotten up to greet people. I explained that I needed to return my home Internet and she said no she can't take it. I told her I had an email saying I need to take it to a Verizon store and she said they don't take them and that I need to put it in the box and take it to the ups store. I asked if any location would take it and she said no they aren't allowed to. I told her that I wasn't given a box for returns and was confused why I had all this stuff saying to take it to a Verizon store. She told me that the box it came in was the one that I needed to use to return it. Again more confused because when I got it, I never got a paper of anything stating I needed to keep the box for when I needed or wanted to return it. I explained that to the lady and she looked at me like I was stupid for not keeping the box and called someone (I'm assuming a manager or another worker). I was on my phone looking for the email to show that it told me to take it to the store, when the guy on the phone answered she said "you're on speaker by the way, this girl here threw away her box to return the home Internet. She has to take it to the ups store right? And I replied loud enough for the guy in the phone to hear me and read the email stating to return it to a Verizon store. He said that I don't need to take it to the ups store and that I can take it to the corporate Verizon store. I had asked which location that was and she said the one on on Allen drive. I don't know who the lady was, she never said her name or had a name tag but she was maybe early to mid 30's had short curly hair. Never had someone at a Verizon store treat me like that before, will not go back to that location.

  Don’t waste your time, complete incompetence! The lady that helped us was more worried about telling me she has ADHD than correctly setting up my son’s phone. The young kid they had working was more worried about checking his phone than helping other customers in the store. If you want a headache & lack of knowledge this is the place for you. Never again will I spend a dime in this dump.
