I got transferred 5 times and each time had to wait for the Agent to read my problem remarks. Then after waiting for each Agent to read my comments no one knew what to do and would transfer to another agent. I have been a member for well over 10 years, the repair service seems to be getting worse and worse I am sorry to say. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you Bill W.
