  My husband recently had surgery here and couldn’t have had better care! We were very pleased. Everyone we had any contact with was kind, caring, respectful, & supportive.

  Jefferson Community Health and Life Fairbury Clinic is one of the worst I have ever seen, for being a so-called hospital. If I could give no stars or negative stars I would! Beatrice Community Hospital and this place are in a tie for the worst treatment I have ever had, and I've had 30 surgery's and or procedures. They absolutely didn't care about me. I have been in a mental health crises. They don't care if I live or die. They told me and my wife to never call or come back! Their mental health department never returned any phone calls or messages I have left! In my opinion if you care about yourself or have a loved one it would be best to go someplace other than JCH or BCH.

  Let me start this off with I don’t have health insurance. Went in because I was puking up blood and severe stomach pain got diagnosed with stomach flu. After calling my doctor she made me an appt for the next morning complete with actual tests so we could correctly diagnose it go to a different hospital that was a horrible experience.

  The emergency room sucks I have taken my granddaughter there a few times in the middle of the night cause she was sick with a fever and we could not get it to go down and they had the nerve to tell us my daughter and I that we should have called first... And now my daughter who is 11 weeks pregnant is having bad pains in her stomach so bad she is throwing up calls them and they tell her there is nothing they can do and don't bother coming in. And if she was having a miscarriage there's nothing they could do!!!!! Why would you even tell anyone who is pregnant that and what kind of emergency room has you call first? FYI it would not let me give no stars or I would have!!!!!
