Every time I go in there it’s some kind of problem the internet is down they can’t reach whoever they need to contact they never put the notes and n the system and on and on! Plus they will look right at you and lie about what they are doing for you as far as services! Stay away from them! There is an actual Version store a couple miles down the road I suggest you go there for professional help and service!

I have talked to multiple people online, and went to another Verizon on 144th and Maple. After waiting for an hour, I got a rep at 6 pm. Talking to him, he said I would have to change my plan and said he wouldn't transfer my phone until the next morning. I came back because of the different things I was told, and Grace helped me out right away and got everything straightened out. Thank you!
