He was extremely thorough and took the time to make sure that everything worked appropriately on the our new devices. He went the extra mile by providing his contact information, which allowed us to stay in touch throughout the entire process. He made the process so seamless, which was much appreciated. He was quick to respond and offer additional assistance with some minor issues we had after the upgrade was complete as well. This was hands down the best experience we have had working with a Verizon representative.

No email or follow-up happened. At about the 6 hour mark I called to check on the phone. I got an oh yeah we dont have that phone. No one reached out to tell me, no one did anything except wait for me to call to check on it. When asked if it was going to change to shipping or a later date for pickup I was told I'd have to call Verizons *611 to deal with canceling the order. When I finally got ahold of a real person with Verizon they told me it was the store that had to cancel the order since inventory is verified before orders are accepted. They tried to call the store during open hours but no one would answer. Verizon was finally able to cancel the order so that I can reorder it elsewhere or for shipping. The whole process took hours longer than it should have.
