The gentleman checking me in was very rude as well. If the representative would have explained that I could have simply dropped it off at a ups store instead of repeatedly being rude and made me feel stupid. I will never give Verizon my business again. A loyal customer for over 5 years to be treated like the dirt beneath their feet.
