  I see no point in going into the store. They can't help with anything but sales you still end up wasting time on the phone.

  The service was absolutely awful. I came in for a home internet return and was told they couldn’t do them in store after waiting for over an hour. The gentleman checking me in was very rude as well. If the representative would have explained that I could have simply dropped it off at a ups store instead of repeatedly being rude and made me feel stupid. I will never give Verizon my business again. A loyal customer for over 5 years to be treated like the dirt beneath their feet.

  This store is worthless. An employee, Dana, would not allow me into the store with my infant son to make a purchase. He was not understanding or empathetic toward me. He did not offer any solution other than online ordering, which I explained to him was not an option for me due to the functionality of the the phone which I was attempting to replace. Taking time off work to come to the store during daycare hours was not an option for me. Finding a trusted babysitter for my 6 month old was also not an option. He provided me with the worst customer service that I have ever had the displeasure of receiving. I will not be back to do business at this store.
