    After being with cricket for 13 years. We decided to switch to Verizon after hearing about the iPhone 17 deal. I spoke with Matt on the phone and he explained everything about the deal to me and made sure I got the best value for my money. He also answered any question I had and was very helpful in the process of porting over our phone numbers to verizon. So far I’m very happy with the choice of switching over to Verizon and Matt was a big reason for that.

    Our Verizon bill changes every six months, goes up, goes down, then up again, and nobody can ever explain why, they just keep taking more money. The only good part of this place is Juan Gomez, he’s the goat, he’s the only one who doesn’t try to push some new Xbox on me when I just came in to deal with my phone. Their phone system is a damn joke, told me I’d be on hold 20 minutes, I sat there for 40 and never even talked to a real person. Try calling late in the day and they don’t pick up, even though the doors are still open. BTW FOLKS AT&T has coverage on 99.91 percent of homes in Omaha and 99.76 percent statewide, while Verizon’s got dead spots all over Nebraska where you might as well have no service at all. Don’t believe me? Look it up. I’m mad enough to do research for this review. Verizon feels like one of those shiny new trucks that looks tough until the transmission drops out on the first job site, all looks and no backbone.
