- SCSteven CarelJan 29, 20261.0This store has got to be the biggest joke I have ever came across. They can’t do anything to your plan or devices except set them up when starting a plan. When you go in there, you have to sit and wait for customer assistance for 45 minutes just to be told that you need to call the customer support line or go to a corporate office which is 45 minutes away. If you choose to call the support line you’re gonna be on hold for another 30 to 40 minutes and then you’ll be lucky if you can understand who answers the phone even if you can’t understand them they literally do as little as possible to help you as a customer out. I was charged for over two years for an Internet service that I had for less than 30 days and yet they still did not refund all that money to my account. I’d recommend going to US cellular or a different carrier if you live in the Beatrice area as this Verizon is nothing but a joke.
