    I only give it a star because I had to! Do NOT go to this location. We got new phones 3weeks ago and they are still giving us the run around on a billing us over $2000. The manager is not longer there and now they sent us to an area manager Pedro that doesn’t respond to email, text or phone calls. He stated he will return my call by Monday and it is now Tuesday. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from Verizon!

    Do not order online with pickup at this store. Shipping it with FedEx is significantly faster and less hassle. Activate it yourself and save the added costs of having someone at verizon do it for you. An online order should be packaged and ready to just stop in and pick up. Three days passed and we received the phone we had shipped to our house but this store hadn't even made progress to complete the order. It said online it was in-stock and should have been able to be picked up the next day. No, I am not going to take a number and wait in the queue for the employee to finish activating a phone and completing the data transfers just to pick up a phone ordered online and paid for. Not sure if this is some sort of delay to hold you in the store to catch extra fees or what, but it was the worst verizon store I have ever had to deal with in 22 years with Verizon. I thought the mall corporate store was bad, but this one takes the cake.
