Employees will either fill you full of crap to make a sale, or not give any effort into finding out the answer for a question you asked unless its something extremely simple. They will tell you something to make a sale regardless of its validity, then when you go in for a 3rd, 4th, or 5th time they will just say "sorry, thats how it is" or "that employee is no longer with us" like it makes your problems or complaints magically vanish. All of their "promotional deals" are not deals at all and they will rope you into things most people in their right mind wouldn't agree to if they had the transparency up front. Been a customer of verizon for over 15yrs combined and they dont treat you like you have been. Since I signed and agreed to something that was verbally told to me was something different, I will now 1000% without a doubt be switching to another carrier the first second I have the opportunity to get out of the "DEAL" I signed up for. Don't waste your time or money with Verizon. I've spent countless hours on the phone with an automated service that can't answer your questions, trying to get through to an actual human being and when you do you'll get transferred to multiple individuals who generally cannot give you any answers or at least solve your problem. I have spoke to ONE helpful individual through customer service that I can recall was remotelyhelpful or acted like he cared and that took almost 2hrs of being on the phone, and even then he still wasn't able to reverse any crap I was told by a reputable dealer. They don't take accountability for what their employees promise people without knowing the details or just there to collect a check. I can't stress enough, if you are looking to switch to Verizon, DON'T!!!!
