We knew what we wanted before going to the business, when we git there a gentleman helped us out by checking their system. He said they didn't have the item in the store and couldn't order it either. He then started showing us high end equipment out of our price range! We told him the price range we could work with, but it seemed to go in one ear and out the other! We finally had enough and left the store. While still in Minot we started checking the Best Buy online store, we found the speaker system we were looking for and was on sale to boot. We ordered it and it's now being used in our home. The Minot Best Buy left a sour note in our shopping that business again! He just wanted a high end sale, instead of helping a customer out!
