    Great, helpful and friendly associates. Plus, maybe it's a coincidence but they always seem to have really awesome specials and promotions every time I go in. PS- this is a REAL Verizon store, not just an "authorized retailer" like most the other stores in the area.

    Disappointing customer service. If you have a choice, don't go to this store. I stopped in to ask for some help setting my new phone up and the person in reception was utterly unwilling to help. He made the choice to be unhelpful. I'm making the choice to leave Verizon. Updated: Verizon has said they will address this review. I'm waiting to hear from them. Updated 10/14/25: Still nothing from Verizon. Just responding to a negative review is not enough: I'm looking for a real response.

    The upselling is so obnoxious and tiresome. If someone comes in telling you exactly what they want, please for the love of god just get them the product/service, then get them out the door. We live in an age of information. I can find out every single detail of every plan, promotion and device on the internet or via your app. I don’t need you to try and find ways to get more money out of me. No I don’t want the iPhone air, no I don’t want your internet service, no I don’t want your most expensive plan. I wouldn’t be as frustrated if it was a simple “are you interested in x, y, z?” and go from there. However, they were CONSTANTLY trying to push the iPhone air. This is by far the worst iPhone this release cycle and it shows with how readily available they are. Also, it’s sleazy to talk about an address change, have me type in my address, then AFTER the fact tell me it was to see if I qualify for your internet service. Stop wasting my time.

    these guys are really pushy and persistent, i get it’s their job to upsell but the entire time they would not stop trying to sell me shitty overpriced products and plans and add ons i didn’t need or want for no reason, i went in knowing what i wanted and every time i attempted to stay on track they would stray away from anything relevant to that and instead start talking about random add ons or internet when all i was there for was to upgrade my phone. had to leave without an upgrade or anything it was pissing me off so bad i couldn’t take it anymore, way to waste my time for no reason. if the person already knows what they want stop trying to upsell and trying to get them to change that plan, it’s hell trying to get anything done in a timely manner here if at all. their only saving grace is their offers to upgrade on them and even then those offers apparently only last for so long, in 2 days the offer went from free to 260$ just to upgrade supposedly “on them” and they kept increasing that price as we kept talking, no thanks. i hope the next time i stop in i wont be pestered with them trying to sell me products i have no intention of ever getting especially when i already know what i want. another thing that was off was the guy didnt even know anything about the phone he was trying to get me to switch to, pointed out something cosmetically crucial the phone didn’t have that every other phone does and he literally had to check because he didnt know that beforehand, and even mentioned “well if you get this one i get paid today” or something along those lines, like excuse me? super unprofessional, i can’t be bothered. if he’s still around next time i stop by im not working with him.
