- VMvicky MatthysNov 17, 20251.0Brought my computer in and they had it for five days, I spent $180 for diagnostic testing and what they would need to do to fix it should be covered but they couldn’t even tell me why my computer was running so slow. Waste of $180. Had me come and pick it up and told me I should buy a new computer. I’m sure they do think I should spend more money. Will not use this service ever again.

Got there to pick it up, it locks up after waiting 45 minutes for them to find it and another 20 minutes to have them start setting it up. Live out of town so now even though it never left the store, have to exchange it then wait for them to set up a new one. Still waiting after 3 hours. All I can say is I expected more from an electronics store.
