- VMvicky Matthys6 days ago1.0Brought my computer in and they had it for five days, I spent $180 for diagnostic testing and what they would need to do to fix it should be covered but they couldn’t even tell me why my computer was running so slow. Waste of $180. Had me come and pick it up and told me I should buy a new computer. I’m sure they do think I should spend more money. Will not use this service ever again.
