    AVOID BEST BUT AT ALL COSTS. THEY DELIVERED ME A DAMAGED RANGE YESTERDAY WHICH I REFUSED AND I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR 4 HOURS AND THE SUPERVISOR WON'T TALK TO ME AND THEY WON'T REPLACE THE RANGE EVEN THOUGH THE DELIVERY DRIVER TOOK IT BACK WITH THEM. *UPDATE* Best Buy is not currently working with me. They canceled and refunded my fridge WITHOUT speaking with me. The range STILL has not be checked in as returned at the Fargo store and apparently NOBODY in the company can actually call the store, just send emails that have not be opened in the last 18 hours. 🤣 I have no fridge, I have no range, I still have NO solution from Best Buy. Pathetic! I was offered a mini fridge to put my Christmas meal groceries in. Should be a lovely meal for 8 people. 🙄

    I bought a Microsoft Surface back in mid September for schoolwork. The associate had told me if I purchased a Best Buy Plus membership with my Surface I would be able to get price match when Black Friday sales started, so I bought the membership. However, I tried to do price match this morning and was unable to do so since it was out of the time frame. I was not made aware that there was a time frame and was specifically told by the associate that I worked with that I would be able to do price match when Black Friday sales started. I would not have spent money on a membership if I had known that I wouldn’t be in the time frame for price match. The whole reason that I bought the membership in the first place was so that I could get the price match. I was able to get a partial refund on my membership, but not a full refund as the membership was active for 2 months. The associate seemed nice enough, but clearly wasn’t fully aware of company policy and provided misleading information. Maybe he was new and still learning, but I am disappointed by the lack of clear communication and professional knowledge. I could have possibly had a price match if I was told about the time frame. What I was told was different than what Best Buy’s policy actually is.
