    DO NOT SWITCH TO VERIZON Internet. so I was supposed to get a free Nintendo Switch gaming system for signing up. THEY SCAMMED ME. So I decided to check tonight if it has been 6 months. It's been 7. No offer for me to get my switch. So I get into chat and they transfer me through 4-5 different people. One of them said I'm in sales and can't help you but would you be interested in blah blah blah. Constantly trying to upsell me. Then they said ok I'll transfer you. And then the new person just said bye and closed the chat

    We recently transferred and upgraded three lines from T Mobile to Verizon on December 23rd (mentioning this because it’s a stressful time of year and I’m sure there was a surge in demand), and honestly it was painful to say the least. However, Brock, the business manager at this location, made the process so much easier. We spent probably 5 to 6 hours working through one issue after another, and Brock was friendly and helpful the entire time. He never once showed frustration and genuinely tried everything he could to help us. We even came back today, on Christmas Eve, to continue troubleshooting, and by the end of it, the issue was completely resolved. We really appreciated the support from the staff and the patience shown throughout the whole process. Major shoutout to Brock for saving our phones and our Christmas spirit!!

    I purchased a new phone out of state when mine died. When I got back to NDak it locked up. I went to the store on 3rd street and they told me it was a paper weight and sold me a third line with new phone. According to them the cheapest way to go. I needed help with update in this phone and went to Keith at another store in Bismarck. He did the update and we visited about my problem with the paper weight phone. He had me bring the phone it and he added email password and the phone opened and said factory reset and works. The store on third will do nothing to compensate me fir the third line and phone. Folks don't go to the 3rd street Verizon in Bismarck Nd

    Andrew provided exceptional service for me! He scheduled time for me to come in and deal with a rather complicated, complex issue with the app. He never displayed any this is too much and time consuming situation, which it was. I am very grateful for this service. Thank you so much Andrew!
