    I purchased a new phone out of state when mine died. When I got back to NDak it locked up. I went to the store on 3rd street and they told me it was a paper weight and sold me a third line with new phone. According to them the cheapest way to go. I needed help with update in this phone and went to Keith at another store in Bismarck. He did the update and we visited about my problem with the paper weight phone. He had me bring the phone it and he added email password and the phone opened and said factory reset and works. The store on third will do nothing to compensate me fir the third line and phone. Folks don't go to the 3rd street Verizon in Bismarck Nd

    Andrew provided exceptional service for me! He scheduled time for me to come in and deal with a rather complicated, complex issue with the app. He never displayed any this is too much and time consuming situation, which it was. I am very grateful for this service. Thank you so much Andrew!

    I'll never go back here again. I walked in to the location before 7pm. I had to warrenty out my phone and just needed to move the data over to the new phone. They couldn't do it that day they told me and wanted me to come back the next day. I went to the north store. Where they clicked a couple buttons and got the transfer started. Took it home to finish it. I'll never go to this location again. I'll end my service with verizon before going back to this location.

    Does Verizon only care about getting new customers for commission and not supporting existing ones? That’s exactly how I felt after visiting this Verizon store today around 6:00 PM. I came in fully prepared to port my number and replace my existing Verizon line — not open a new one. The store was completely empty — no other customers — but the man who helped me kept trying to push me to add a new line instead. I explained multiple times that I just wanted to replace my phone number. After I said no, he wasn’t friendly anymore and gave me a phone number to call, telling me to come back later — even though I was standing right there with all my information ready. It felt like they were only interested in earning commission from new activations. And maybe because I speak English with an accent, I wasn’t seen as a “valuable” customer to help. That’s unacceptable. I left feeling ignored and disrespected. Verizon should treat all customers equally — no matter what service they need or how they speak.
