It was grossly unproffesional and quite honestly pathetic to see. I hope they can improve their customer service or just replace the staff. One staff member by the name Max was extremely rude to her. We were told earlier before coming we did not need to have an appointment set up. The person was super helpful on the phone but upon getting to best buy no one was helpful at all. The guy when explaining what was going on he had no idea what we were talking about with geek squad. We get sent to the customer service desk and we explain the situation with the tv and we get told that they don't take any random tv in nor do they look at them if it did not personally come from best buy.. So i am not ever going there to get anything fixed at all if they cannot actually fix any tv from another store or without warranty.
