The installation guy called the corporate headquarters to get us help, they made promises to him that they did not make us. Now we have a broken TV, that isn’t level, have spent over an hour on hold trying to get more help, nothing!! We have lost a full days work, and had to cancel a family game night because of this. Best Buy’s customer service SUCKS. Still on hold with customer service!!!!!! Ugggggg
