- EREdwardo Real5 days ago1.0For far too long we’ve allowed Best Buy to not use in store phones. The fact we can’t call our local store to check stock before having to drive miles for something to not be in stock due to incompetence of employees, or software issues online, or whatever generic excuse they provide. It needs to stop its 2026 and you can’t call a store and have to deal with incompetent AI instead. At this point will have to pack it up and get all my tech needs online and just let Best Buy die.

- TMTJ M (Michael)Mar 4, 20261.0I’ve been a huge Best Buy fan almost my whole life and never had an issue at any Best Buy anywhere but I’m physically disabled and I came here yesterday to get some stuff and I was disgusted at the lack of help and the poor customer service I received out of an entire store Only two workers actually helped The rest were super judgmental complete snobs and they where, rude and acted like I was nothing but an inconvenience to them. Like disabled people don’t have money so why bother I was very uncomfortable The entire time I was in the store. Extremely disappointing experience. Im an electronics fanatic I won’t be coming here anymore. I’ll buy my Electronics online where I don’t get treated like this
