  Went to Cricket in zebulon today, me and my wife to purchase a phone the 2 young ladies they had working in, it was very rude, did not want to help us because we was of a different race. And when we tried to ask the question she was, texting on Her phone and paid us no attention like we wasn't there. I would recommend anyone to go to another Cricket instead of this one. Customer service, there is bad.

  Disappointed! Please check your receipts!! The Manager told me my phone came with free accessories and charged me for them, I hadn’t noticed till I got home and when I went back they told me accessories were non refundable. Also the protect wasn’t explained to me just added, Don’t scam your customers!! Will be making a bigger complaint as this is not ok at all.

  The absolute worst coverage. Their map shows that I supposedly have coverage on HWY 39 but that's a fraud. I'm researching a different carrier.
