When i got it back the screen brightness could no longer be adjusted, and it had no memory space on the harddrive. Took it back up there all they said was i need a new computer. These people dont really do anything.

I wear hearing aids and for me the noise was overwhelming. I just wanted to say the people working at the Geek Squad were very helpful and understanding as I normally don’t mind waiting my turn but I was a bit impatient due to the construction noise. I would definitely return to this location for any future needs. Hopefully there won’t be LOUD construction going on.
