- WTWendy ThompsonFeb 15, 20261.0Apple sent me to these people when the charging port of my 3 1/2 month $1,500 iPhone melted and bent. They did not acknowledge even though I had an appointment. The young guy who finally saw me accused me and then my son for damaging the port! He admitted he only had a year experience and was quite condescending and the manager did absolutely nothing! Now because of their “opinion” I can’t get it fixed unless I pay out of pocket. I really believe this is a defective phone. Will NEVER return to Gerk Squad.

I wear hearing aids and for me the noise was overwhelming. I just wanted to say the people working at the Geek Squad were very helpful and understanding as I normally don’t mind waiting my turn but I was a bit impatient due to the construction noise. I would definitely return to this location for any future needs. Hopefully there won’t be LOUD construction going on.
