  I enjoyed my first year at Cricket but this year decided not to waste my money so when I see unlimited plan for $20 less than I was paying I tried to get it but no. That's just for new people. I bought a new phone after my previous cracked and so say I am going to Metro which is cheaper for what I want and they said I can't take my paid for phone with me because I hadn't had it for several months. God, I can't wait to finish with Cricket. Feb 2, 2026. Cricket offers treats for newbies but doesn't offer same services to loyal customers. While waiting for service in store I got to their website and see offer to pay in multi month payments for far less. I ask their customer service if I can start paying multi month and they say no because I have to have a new acct and start services and pay online. I have three days left on this plan so three days to find somewhere else to join.
