They came Dec 23rd to deliver and the same box arrived so I refused item. This is suppose to be a christmas present. Customer service was no help in rectifiing the situation. You can barely understand them. Asked to talk to a supervisor and was told there were none available, Now you tell me would you accept this item . Is this how Best Buy represents Samsung. I am notifing Samsung and Corporate office. I spend a lot of money each year at Best Buy and this is how they treat loyalty. Laura Uribe
