I truly appreciate him & his services I visit this place every month just for his greatest. He is so respectful. Patient with me & he was able to “snatch” a spectrum customer from under their feet. I left spectrum for Verizon & now I’m saving $165 a month on a full package plan He also was able to fix my iPhone 15 Plus For Me He broke my bill down & I couldn’t be more thankful for him .

I bought a charger one time I had to go back six different times to exchange it out because it worked for one or two days and then I’ll stop working well today. I went back and I had two phone chargers that I bought and they will not change it out so I need to call the manufacture for replacement. I left the chargers there and told them to keep it and walked out.

I’ve been waiting 3 months now, my last cell phone provider bill is about to go to collections when I specifically asked about this 3-4 times while at the store. The poor customer service and blatant lies are disgusting sales tactics. They should not be able to operate saying they work for Verizon.
