  Jordan at Verizon truly went above and beyond for our family during a time of crisis. On his day off, he stepped up to help us get my father’s phone restored, which meant more to us than he probably realizes. He was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, especially when we had no clue what our passwords were or how to navigate everything. He never made us feel rushed or embarrassed, just supported. You are in great hands with him, we are forever grateful 🙏 ❤️

  Went to open a new account ant Verizon and had the best experience with Zimm, truly outstanding guy. He took all the time to get us set up and get our needs met. Truly amazing customer service! Highly recommend seeing him

  The Verizon Store located on Oleander Dr has the BEST customer service of all the Verizon stores in the area by far - starting with an actual human answering the phone!!!Ask for Morgan when you go there. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

  I had to come into the Wilmington Verizon store to get AGI taken off of my tablet. It was causing me lots of issues, to the point where I couldn't use the tablet at all. Juleon was able to help me AGI and taking off any apps I didn't need. We found the motos we're back so we went ahead and purchased two new motos with a cheaper monthly bill. Happy customer and I'm glad we stopped in today!

  Zimm is an absolute legend!! My fiancé and I came in because we are moving to CA in 2 weeks and had to get switched off of our separate family accounts and be place on a joint plan together. When we walked into the store Zimm greeted us at the door. We explained what we needed, he responded immediately with “I got you guys”, and boy did he have us!! He is an extremely knowledgeable, genuinely kind person, who provided us with the best customer service experience we have received in a while. He got us all of the best possible promotions with signing up for a new account, and with each step he gave us the options we could choose from with the numbers to match. Ultimately, we left with an iPhone 17 Pro, a Samsung galaxy Z fold, an iPad 11th generation for next to nothing. With being a Verizon customer our bill will include all of our subscriptions like Disney, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, YouTube premium and ESPN plus, at discounted rates (you get this for simply being with Verizon network). He integrated everything on our new devices with us just having to confirm our passwords. He made the entire process seamless, down to even selecting our cases and screen protectors. He literally pulled different options, he felt would be the best ones that fit our personalities off the shelves for us to choose from. How did he know what we would like, you ask, because we talked about everything from music, TV shows, cars, movies, sports and food the time we spent with him were just good vibes! The entire process took about three hours, but I can say it was the best three hours I’ve spent inside of a phone store in my entire life. We cannot say thank you enough Zimm. It was truly an absolute pleasure getting know you. We wish you all the best in all your endeavors, stay positive and bright, and your light will shine through!! p.s.
