She even text me to make sure I was OK and when I had an issue, she helped me right through it! Do not lose her!

The Rep and Mgr showed no interest in the cause of the problem or that my phone was still in warranty. The Mgr told me it was physical damage that was my fault. As he put it, equal to buying a car and hitting a curb, and that I needed to file a claim. I am a 33 year Verizon customer and when I asked the store rep to look up how long I’ve been a customer, he said my length of business with them had nothing to do with their policies. I left and called Verizon. The Verizon tech on phone was kind, helpful and agreed to replace my phone free of charge under warranty. Pretty wild that a phone rep in a different area treats you way better than your in-person local store.
