Previous visits to the indirect retailer in Leland(waterford) which actually should be listed as a scam & time/$ theif had my bill over charged and much more for years. My mother needed a new phone and I was due for an upgrade so we came to town instead to save time. Long story short my mom's phone is fine but had a screen protector that she was told NOT to take off even though it wasn't even correct for the phone it was just Leland had messed us up soo bad but Lu saved the day no new phone needed. I was educated before making my upgrade and it was all done in quarter of the time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
