I expected to spend a few hours in there honestly but I was SO happy with our experience! I walked in and Daniel quickly helped me! He reviewed our current plan and put together a quote that actually saved $ on our monthly bill and streaming services we currently pay directly for. They had some good deals so we even added a new line and got a phone for our daughter - so quite the opposite of switching carriers like I was considering before I walked in lol. The discounted streaming services thru VZW are an awesome perk too, btw. Daniel and the manager Chris were both wonderful - super professional, friendly and explained everything to us in easy-to-understand, relatable ways that helped us make informed decisions about our account. Overall we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend this location!!
