After an authorized retailer created a frustrating upgrade issue on my account, I came in hoping someone could help sort it out.     Avoid this Verizon Wireless store at military cutoff across from Mayfair they took advantage of my vulnerability and not knowing names of phones and their sizes. I told the gentleman that I needed a phone for my husband as a surprise that was either the same size or larger as his current phone and then I also upgraded my phone and asked for the same size as my husband was getting even though my current phone was smaller. He kept saying, you just need to trust me, which I should’ve trusted my gut instead because when someone says that you automatically know that there are some dishonesty behind. Boy was I right. I saved the phone for about a week and when we finally decided to open our new phones, they were both the wrong size. They were smaller than what my husband currently had. Upon returning the phone back to Verizon Verizon Wireless, we were charged a restock fee, even though the person selling me the device was incorrect about what size the phone was. It took me over seven hours to get it straightened out which almost cost us more than just money because we have medical apps on our phone that we were unable to use for three days due to this terrible transaction. I would not recommend the store to anyone because evidently it is a training store because the person who was trying to sell me the items kept going to the manager with questions. Therefore, that is the reason I think that I was given bad service and wrong information. Just because it says corporate store does not mean it is better trust me go to the monkey Junction, Verizon store and talk to Steve, he is honest and can get the job done

    Caitlin was a lifesaver! I came in while traveling to start a new plan asap and she was so friendly and patient with me and explained everything really well. I knew exactly what my plan entailed and what to expect. If I ever had any issues with my phone, I would definitely return to this location. I feel that I received amazing service here and a great value on the plan I chose.
