We had a very poor experience at the Mayfair location and were takin advantage of, but when we went to the Verizon location at monkey Junction Steve made everything right in the world again. He was very friendly made me laugh the whole time I was there and got such a great job done with all of the issues that I had previously and made everything right and even better than it was before. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs to do business with Verizon Wireless and also I would recommend Steve as you go to Guy!!!!! ♥️
