My visit here was absolutely horrendous. I came at 10am, just to get a screen protector for my iPad. That’s it. I got up to the counter, purchased my screen protector, and then asked if someone could put it on. I was then sent to a different desk, charged a $25 installation fee, and then told to go to a THIRD desk to get them installed. I walked over to the area, waited 10 mins, then told they couldn’t do it there either and was sent to geeksqaud where I stood for upwards of 20 mins. No one acknowledged I was there, just awkward direct eye contact from a woman named Mandy, and rude comments from both other people there. The lack of customer service is appalling. I’m half your age, and I still provide better service. Do better.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I’ve never had such a negative experience in my life. I have a very expensive gaming computer that I paid $300 to ship across state and removed my GPU and graphics card and a couple other things so it wouldn’t get bent during the shipping. I brought it to geek squad for them to put the four pieces back in my CP. When I first arrived, I was greeted by a teenager who took my computer back and said he’ll be right back, but he never came back. I didn’t know if he was putting my computer together then or if I was gonna have to come back, there was zero communication. I had to pull another employee to ask them to ask him to come out to the update me and than told me he was putting it together now. He proceeded with one other employee, all look like teenagers, to put my computer back together. He put it together three times incorrectly and had to take in the back all 3 times to re put it together. I was very upset and he said he didn’t know where certain parts go….if you don’t know where a certain part goes, you look it up before you just start playing around and hooking it up to whatever? The 3rd time they plugged it in it came on but nothing loaded, he assured me it works and sent me on my way. He didn’t charge me due to such the NEGATIVE experience I had and because I was visually upset at the incompetence. I got home and realized they didn’t screw in my GPU in and couple of things and could hear screws rolling around inside my computer. My computer also won’t turn on and my GPU is lit up red even when it’s off. I’ve called several times to have the manager call me back and still have not gotten a return call. I will be going there after work today to speak with a manager. I have never had such a negative experience anywhere and to think, that is geeks squad only job and they did it wrong FOUR TIMES!!! I will never ever be going back to ANY geek squad and I will make sure to share my experience with every soul that ever mentions them. Horrible horrible!!! PLEASE NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!!!!

I ordered a Kitchen Aid range, paid to have it installed by my plumber. Once installed, it was non functioning, was missing parts, (2 of the legs!), and the paperwork that came with the KITCHENAID range was actually for a Samsung range. I went back to Best Buy to have it returned last week. Today I waited from 3-7 pm for it to be removed. At 6:40 pm I received a call from whoever was supposed to remove and and he told me they were told they were supposed to do a gas line hookup and weren't equipped to remove it. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY. I am not on hold with them now trying to get someone else to remove it. So far the hold time is 40 minutes and I've been transferred twice. STAY AWAY FROM BEST BUY.
