I was supposed to be notified after 9 PM last night of a time frame, then it was changed to this morning. So, I was up at 5:15AM to care for pets and move a few items out of the way in case they arrived at 7 AM. The lack of communication is frustrating when one has things to do and places to go. It's been 8 hours of waiting, and I still have no clue if there is even anyone available to come today. Never again!

I waited patiently understanding they were working with other customers issues, I get that. Then another customer comes and takes a seat waiting. When one tech was done she rushed up to be helped. I let the tech know that I was there first and he just said he would help me when he can. It is now 4:45 and still haven’t been helped. Finally seen at 4:51. Gentleman that finally helped me was nice enough but ended up being a waste of time Sadly not the first bad experience I have had with this location. Last time I was here no customer was as the desk. I was an hour early for my appointment. Tech would not start to diagnose. Said the people with appointments may come in late. Awful experience
