  I went to pay my cell phone bill like I do every month. I had never experienced bad service at a Cricket store until I visited this location. The young man who helped me, named Jose, was very rude from the moment I walked in. He had a terrible attitude, provided awful customer service, and it was clear he didn’t want to be there.

  En este lugar hay un joven hispano que es una grosería, si está de servicio es muy pero muy por debajo de lo deficiente, ojalá no se tope con este ser humano si se le puede decir así.

  Highly suggest staying away from this location. Horrible customer service from Jose. Wouldnt tell me his name until after i said i was calling customer service. Was in back almost sleeping with no lights on, came out with the worse attitude. I grabbed a phone and pulled it ( like most come off) and he completely yelled like i had any idea they didnt pull off with cord).If he doesnt want to work, have someone that actually does want. Once i left store, he told the fedex guy i was being rude and kicked me out of store for absolutely no reason. I really hope there are cameras inside to see this interaction. This guy is so full of it. I have cricket for almost 16 years. Thjs was the first time i have had a bad experience. Kick this guy to the curb before he loses alot of buisness. Your paying someone to sleep in back. Well done cricket.

  Bought a phone that had issues took it back within 24 hours and they charged me 25 dollars. What the crap. AWFUL PRACTICES.
