  After spending two hours here getting a phone and all the paperwork processed left with my phone. Come to find out a few hours later they had sold me a demo phone that’s made to be out on the sales floor being that it doesn’t work as a normal iPhone all it can do is call and text so anyways I return the phone I get a refund for my initial payment with progressive and I never get the money back that I paid for the case, now that would of been fine had they not taken the case back from me. I understand rules and policies very well and I know you’re not suppose to refund cases at all , but I also know you don’t take back the case and not refund the money because at this point you’ve stolen my property. So anyways me and my family have been arguing about this for about a month now with this location and they have still refused to issue the refund or give me back my phone case. I won’t let it go and I’ll continue to post about it and contact higher ups until my property is returned or my money is returned. :) thanks

  The dealer in Greenville was rude and the dealer in williamstown was helpful but I didn't get my issue resolved
