  Great!! place. The manager who's name is "Tamara Mays" was wonderful and very helpful and patient!!.. I would have you say that she is the best sales person I've ever dealt with in the cell phone department. If there is another promotion for advancement for her, she definitely deserves it!!!!.... Also great deals on phones and when they say unlimited data they mean unlimited high-speed data without any tracking as well as great service I thought straight talk was a great service provider I think this one would top that!! **"GO CRICKET!!"**

  Thanks to the girls at cricket I have a phone they gave me good deals and they were very patient on helping me learn about the phone and how to use it. The manager there is amazing always there to help thanks girls you are the best

  The one lady was nice and sold me a sim card. She explained if I had the phone activated there it was $25 but the sim card was $10 and I could activate it at home online for free. I've heard this two other times from Cricket at other stores and from customer service online. The next day, I needed another sim card for another phone. I was traveling and had to swap two different phones and I was trying to give one to my mother so it was a mess. Anyway, two different ladies were there and they refused to sell me a sim card without activating my phone there and they said activation would be free. I didn't have the phone on me so I went to gamestop and they sold me a sim card. But I know it's not free to activate a phone at Cricket in store and they do sell sim cards without having to activate in stores because I've done it three times including the day before at the same store. They also implied I was lying about buying a sim card the day before at their store without activating the phone in the store just because I didn't know the worker's name. First of all, I only met her once in my life (I don't even live there) and I didn't pay any attention to what her name was, I'm not even sure she said her name. Second they could have looked up the transaction easily. Third, you don't call a customer a liar. Next time I'm in Wilkesboro and I need a Cricket sim card, I'm going to Gamestop.
