I purposely went to the Wesley Chapel location based on that. It was the BEST experience I've ever had with Verizon! Typically it's a nightmare dealing with store locations and customer service. Jess made the whole process so easy and was very personable- it was like talking with a friend and she was extremely knowledgeable about the phones, plans, etc. If I ever need to visit a verizon store, I will make a special trip to see Jess at this location!

My biggest problem was they throttled me all the time for using too much of my unlimited internet plan. I had the change because my wife works from home. It's a shame because I would have kept the service. Somehow I ended up owing them $9 but I could never get signed on to pay.
