Most importantly he was honest and after some poor experiences through Verizon in the past he made me have faith in this store again. Great worker! Also have to say the other man working in the store during this time was attentive also we were greated by him immediately when walking in as he did everyone else during the time we were there. Glad Verizon has employees like this now they restored my faith in the local stores.
