    Falsely accused me of trying to steal and falsely accused me of personal injury to property all there employees working that day definitely profile people I literally touched one item and never even removed it fully off the shelf I'll never shop at this Best buy again and will make sure no one I ever know shops at this Best buy again

    Buyer beware: bought a TV from here for store pickup and when I did this Best buy put a hold on my bank account for that amount(which makes sense) but when I picked it up they then charged me for that item again. I'm now 2 days after picking it up and the hold is still on my account and I'm being told it can be for up to 7 days. That's absolutely ridiculous especially when we are talking the large amount of money. If you buy anything I recommend just buying no pickup or ship it.

    I had my car stereo installed and now I have been having issues with the vehicle and now our local store no longer does the installations and will have to have the vehicle towed and will cost me 350 dollars to tow and best buy will not pay for it.
