Best Buy absolutely understood the assignment. They saw all of us Pokémon degenerates lined up for the Phantasmal release—some of us looking like we’d been camping there since the Jurassic period (okay fine, 9pm the night before), others rolling in only hours before opening like the casual addicts they pretend not to be.
Despite their doors being locked until 9, the manager took one look at our trembling hands, booster-pack withdrawal symptoms, and collective lack of shame… and mercifully let us trickle in 30–60 minutes early. I have never seen a group of adults more excited than when that door cracked open—we moved with the speed and enthusiasm of addicts getting their next fix. Honestly, if there had been a camera crew, it could’ve doubled as a nature documentary.
Huge shout-out to that manager for understanding the sacred bond between a collector and cardboard. Thanks to them, we were able to secure our loot and migrate like wild animals to our next hunting ground: GameStop, the second victim of the day.
10/10 Best Buy. Would camp like a gremlin outside your store again.

Called customer service three days ago for geek squad/anyone who could trouble shoot over the phone a problem we have with our 75 in tv. Was told on Thursday they would call us in 1-2 hrs....have heard nothing. Ever since we have bought this tv we have had problems (paid over 200.00 for installation they informed her later they could not do it... couldn't get money back. Just has left a bad taste with us and will not be going to them for future TV's.

Best Buy in Waynesville NC has been a good place for me to shop. Some but not all of my pc parts came from here and the staff were friendly and nice every time I went. They helped me find what I needed and gave good advice. I also bought a Canon E50 camera here for my girlfriend and she really likes it.
Part of my pc was built with parts from this store and it runs amazing. The store itself is clean and well organized. The pc and vr sections are really cool and fun to check out. They have nice setups with good monitor displays and high quality gear that you can look at in person before buying. The lighting and layout make the place feel modern and high tech. Overall Best Buy in Waynesville NC has a cool vibe good products and friendly people. I would definitely recommend shopping here.
