So they deactivated my account resulting in loss of business and a whole day of communication, missed appointment and meeting trying to resolve) brought me into the local waxhaw verizon store. Jeremy m. Was ABSOLUTELY fantastic in attempting to help resolve the dispute from our end, helped me remain calm through an incredibly frustrating situation and stayed 5 minutes late of closing to remain on the call with me, on NEW YEARS

- WWWayne WilkensNov 25, 20251.0Use this store if you appreciate incompetence, a cell phone store without a physical phone (cell or landline) to talk to the 1 employee at the location, and inability to receive the phone that was already paid for, and in the store and showing up on your account. If you also like run down displays with plenty of dust and limited product, you are also in luck here. If you do try and call the local 704 area code number listed it will go to a call center with further incompetence and inability to reach the lone employee, since the location doesn’t actually have a phone. Don’t waste your time here and go to an actual verizon store. Lesson learned.
