Never upgraded but they had my bill so messed up that I had to pay my old device off on the bill directly after my visit, then two bills later they're trying to get an upgrade fee EVEN THOUGH I NEVER UPGRADED! Save yourself the headache and find another verizon store. The time spent on the drive will surely be made up for by dealing with employees that are actually competent. Only reason for 1 star is because I couldn't put zero stars...
