    Salesmen/reps have no idea what they are talking about. Have messed up our phone plan literally every time we go in to upgrade. They say we are getting a “deal” then when the next phone bill comes out it’s more expensive than they say or has an added fee that they never tell you about. Lost so much money going through these guys, would recommend going elsewhere. Take the extra 30 minutes and go to a different location and save your money.

    Glenda was phenomenal with helping me today (1/31/26)!! I am very thankful she was able to find me the right products, plan and had the patience of a saint while getting me all set up. I will definitely be back! Everyone in the store was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. 5 stars all the way around.

    Isaiah was the best with customer service! I would highly recommend working with him as he’s very knowledgeable, polite, patient, and treated me with respect. He also answered all my questions with thorough information; which I greatly appreciated! Made the trip to Verizon a rather pleasant experience.

    Lack luster staff, answered no questions. Tried to purchase a phone, made it so wildly difficult I just went to another store. Purchased an iPhone from here a year ago. Was very happy. Tried to get a new phone today and the difference in staff is apparent.
