    Isaiah was the best with customer service! I would highly recommend working with him as he’s very knowledgeable, polite, patient, and treated me with respect. He also answered all my questions with thorough information; which I greatly appreciated! Made the trip to Verizon a rather pleasant experience.

    Lack luster staff, answered no questions. Tried to purchase a phone, made it so wildly difficult I just went to another store. Purchased an iPhone from here a year ago. Was very happy. Tried to get a new phone today and the difference in staff is apparent.

    Isaiah was very very helpful, we had a major technical issue that took two days talking with customer service to resolve. Isaiah was able to fix the issue and spent a very long time walking us through it!

    Fernando was amazing! My mom isn’t the most tech-savvy, and he went above and beyond to help her figure out what was going on with her phone. After multiple reps said they couldn’t fix it — and even the Apple Store couldn’t help — Fernando not only diagnosed the issue, but also transferred everything over to a new phone for her. He was incredibly kind, patient, and truly took his time to make sure she was taken care of. We are so grateful. Thank you, Fernando
