    We worked with Jessie to change our account to a business account as well as do a trade in to upgrade our phones. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we got the best deal as well as taking care of any questions or concerns that we had. She knew her stuff and we appreciated it!

    Jessie was wonderful!! It’s nice to talk to someone who isn’t pushing something just for a sale! She genuinely cares about the people she talks too- she’s able to walk you through your bills, fetting you the newest iPhone, and lowering your bill! 12/10 would recommend!!

    I went on a Saturday morning, 2 weeks before Christmas, & they had one person working. I was told it would be at least an hour before they could help me. I waited for at least 30 minutes & I could tell it was going to take way longer, so I left. I went back the next day, this morning, & arrived a few minutes before they open at 10 am. They never opened. I then checked multiple sources. Google, the myVerizon app, the QR code on the front door of the store & Verizon customer support all say that the store opens at 10 am. I was there till 11 & still the store didn't open. The fact that customer support for a multi billion dollar company can't contact the managers of their stores directly is absurdly ridiculous. If there were mitigating circumstances, then a responsible manager would at the very least have put a note on the door explaining the issue.
