  10 out of 10 I don’t not recommend dealing with g with this store. They called me to ask if I wanted to pre-order the iPhone 17 Pro Max, how this store got my number I have no idea because I had never been there before. No one ever called me to say the phone came in, when I received the email that my phone had been delivered and saw that it was at this store, I drove to get it. When I arrived Xzavia explained that he was not the one that ordered my home so he could not give it to me, Jerry who called me on the phone and ordered it would not be in until Thursday, this was a Monday. Then when Xzavia realized that the wrong color phone was ordered he called his Manager. She would be in on Wednesday and order the correct phone and Xzavia would call me regarding this. I called Jerry who is the one who called me soliciting the order of a new phone, I called Xzavia for an update, no phone calls were returned and no phone calls were made to me. I went in on Friday, now mind you I am 30 minutes from this store. Xzavia said they sold the phone that had come in and canceled my order. I asked why no one had called me regarding this and he said “I thought you were calling me” by far the shadiest and worst customer service I have received.

  I just want to say thank you very much for getting me up and running super fast with no problems. Madison was a great help. Thank you so much. She was awesome. I will definitely be recommending my friends to this store!!
