- AHamanda hegeDec 19, 20255.0I was there along with another customer during the incident with the disabled vet. I'm the one that called the cops not Verizon. He was being aggressive and refused to leave the store. The girl repeatedly apologized and told him there was nothing else she could do after the account was locked for 24 hours due to him giving the wrong pin too many times. He was threatening and had her scared. She remained calm and kept telling him that nothing could be done until the lock came off. The other customer who was an elderly lady even asked him to stop because she couldn't finish her phone because he kept interrupting. Disabled vet or not you cant threaten people or refuse to leave. I've been in the same boat before but if something is locked and you can't get in it then it won't magically happen. Was even told to call 611 so they could explain the same thing. So the girl at Verizon did her job to the best of her ability.

There was a belligerent customer in the store while I was there, and after being told she could not help him and he would have to go to a corporate location, he proceeded to threaten her as a young woman working alone. Another guest called the police on the man but Hailey was professional throughout the interaction and continued to assist other customers during this stressful situation.

People were waiting over an hour and a half to get service and they only had one staff member. They could not help with any questions to get a new contract, new phone, removing someone from an account and internet. They had no idea what they were doing. So incompetent. If I could give negative stars, I would but this system won’t allow it.
