I was helped by a sales associate named Ian who was phenomenal on his knowledge of Verizon’s plans, knowledge of every device I own and was very helpful with all of my questions that I had. Being a college student, I don’t have time to really learn knowledge of problems I’m having with my phone but Ian was very swift to identify the problem, fix it and even give me advice for any future problems i may have!
