I told Rosangel she didn’t tell me I was being changed from the welcome plan to the ultimate and she basically all but called me a liar. Jay did the exact same with my son’s line and didn’t mention going up on his line. Came in to ask questions and the manager was whispering in the back super unprofessional. Watch getting upgraded here they add on a ton of stuff and don’t tell you when they do it.
