I don't usually leave a negative review.....
Walked in and was not greeted by the manager. (1st red flag)
This is the south and it is customary to greet someone. But I let that go. She was working with other customers but a simple greeting would have been nice.
After 5 to 10 minutes of waiting, another associate walks in, still not greeted, but I waited patiently as she sat a her desk went through the computer and asked if I needed some assistance. I walked over to her desk and stated that I would like to pay my bill. She asked for my information so she could look it up in the system.
She seen that I had the $50 plan. I asked for the $30 plan because I am BROKE.
She stated that she could not lower my plan and I would have to wait until next month (2nd red flag)
I have never had an issue: on the app or with customer service dropping my plan for the next month.
I usually raise it as I go through the month when my data gets lower. Before I could further talk with her about the issue she stated that even if she lowered the plan I would still have to pay $50 for the coming month.
Before I could confirm or deny accepting the $50 fee she charged me in the system. (3rd red flag)
I walked to the store from the Hilton garden inn with $40 in my pocket; my bill was due the next day. Luckily my ex wife was off work and picked up our daughter from school. She was able to get my funds from my home but I had to wait for her to get our daughter so I could pay the $15 owed to the store due to the $50 plus $5 for transaction fee.
In the time that I waited, I called cricket on my phone to speak with a representative. They confirmed that I could have lowered my plan to $30 (plus $5 for transaction fee) for the next billing cycle. Also in this time, My Ex-wife brought the $15 needed for me to pay the store.
I mentioned this information to the representative in the store and THE MANAGER reached in her pocket and tried to offer me $15. ( 4th red flag)
I told her it's not about the money, it's about the misinformation. Even BROKE, I refuse to be silenced by the offer of money. The manager knew prior, to my ex-wife having to go get the funds needed for the store, that her representative charged me for funds that I did not have. Offering me money after my ex-wife had to pickup our daughter, drive to my house, and drop it off to me was not only insulting it was a blatant disregard for my time. Her (in store representative) made a mistake, after my ex-wife traveled around town to get our daughter and those funds, she offered to pay me out of her pocket. She could/should have made that offer prior to my ex-wife having to go on that mission.
As I tried to speak with the manager further about the issue, she cut me off, didn't allow me to properly explain my frustration and treated me as if I was an inconvenience to her. Once I realized the conversation was going no where I left the store engulfed in rage. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE EVER AGAIN.
I will call a representative, talk with the automated system or use the app before I EVER return to that store. Hopefully this message helps someone else not have to go through the same frustration that I have.
P.S. I paid my wife gas money to travel for the mistake of this stores action. Once again IM BROKE and still I understand the importance of someones time and effort.

I just wanna share the great superhero at cricket wireless, a young beautiful smart lady name shanita . She was very friendly and knowledgeable I was very impressed by her professionalism, I was happy with my experience with her, I will continue too do business with her ❣️🙏💪🏽i will recommend my friends and family too her!
