  Kevin at the Reidsville NC Verizon store helped me out tremendously. When my phone 12 stopped working he worked diligently to get the phone to turn on so we could transfer all my information to my new phone. He was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend Kevin to address anyone cell phone needs!

  Recently went to Verizon/Cellular Sales in Reidsville, NC. Went in to have my sons phone upgraded. Walked out with a new phone for him and myself. Nick Bradley was the one who helped us, and he was awesome! I told him everything I wanted and he made it happen, and answered mine and my son’s questions with no hesitation. He even put me on a better plan for our needs, and lowered my bill in the process. Highly recommend!

  Stopped by Verizon and worked with Nolyn. I had a few questions about upgrading and my plan, and he was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly, didn’t rush me, and made sure I understood my options before moving forward. Overall a really smooth and positive experience. Appreciate the help and would definitely recommend him.

  We recently switched from AT&T to Verizon. Adeleah was fabulous. We had a terrible time getting our number released from AT&T. But Adeleah worked with us for two weeks to get everything completed, she went above and beyond. Great staff and support team at Verizon in Reidsville.

  Thank you Jacob!!! My husband and I went in to have his phone placed on my plan. It was complicated and Jacob had to make multiple calls to make it happen. He was patient and oh so professional!! Then he helped me replace my old phone!! Again, he was patient and he made a great deal happen!!! I am so glad Reidsville has a wonderful place for its citizens to get the professional help we all hope to receive!
