  This was such a nice dental office. Everyone was friendly. I was called back for my appointment on time. Karel and Dr. V were great!

  I have been coming here for a few years and recently went in because my permanent retainer started to detach. They tried to charge me $350 to remove it and one of the dental assistants asked if I had contacted the dentist who originally put in the retainer. While I was in the office, I called the dentist who put my retainer on originally and they were willing to do it for free, so I decided to go there instead. After this, the staff at Wells family were obviously not happy and not friendly with me at all, despite me going there for years. It was an immediate switch up. Before the wells family dental assistant suggested calling my original dentist, that was not even on my radar and how they treated me after was unacceptable. I will now continue seeing this new dentist from here on out. They quite literally talked themselves out of a customer and even suggested where to go instead LOL. The attitude on the front desk crew was enough for me to want to never step foot in there again.

  I had a great experience at this clinic (with one small caveat). I was not familiar with this office at all, but I was in desperate need to have a broken tooth removed. Dr. Weisner and the staff at Wells Family Dental Group were really great - kind, patient and professional. I'm still recovering from the surgery, but even after 18 hrs I no longer needed pain meds and could eat without too much discomfort. Small caveat was a billing error that increased the bill mid-procedure(!), but I believe that this was an honest mistake. If this office wasn't 30 minutes away, I would very seriously consider switching providers.

  I have been lucky enough to always have positive experiences with my past dentists. But as time moved forward I found myself feeling more and more like “just another patient.” I never saw the same hygienist twice and still don’t know the name of the doctor from the last practice. That just wasn’t the experience that I want from a practice I go to year after year. Wells Family Dentistry and Dr. Wisener do it better and do it right! They were recommended to me by a friend and I have never been happier about a decision to switch practices! I always see the same hygienist, Sofia. She’s easy to talk to and puts my needs and comfort first. Dr. Wisener always takes time to explain what he sees and what options I have. With Dr. Wisener I get to make informed decisions. He always takes extra time to ask about my family -I might fill him in with a picture or two- and I always feel comfortable and not rushed to ask him any questions that I may have. I love to hear what he has to say because it clearly shows me why he is at the top of his field. Wells Family Dentistry makes things easy. Anyone that wants great personal service from the best doctors in Raleigh needs to move here.
