  I recently had my wisdom teeth removed, and two of my daughters also had theirs done at the Brier Creek location. Dr. Steddum performed all three procedures, and he was exceptional. From start to finish, every member of the staff took the time to clearly explain the process and made us feel comfortable and at ease. It was a great experience all around, and I highly recommend them.

  A wonderful community practice in Brier Creek. Knowledgeable, informative, and approachable, all the things you wish to find in a smaller practice but with many of the resources of a larger practice like high tech and ease of care. Highly recommend!

  After a brief visit with Dr. Steddum I was informed that I was not healthy enough for sedation dentistry. However I was told (and my daughter who was sitting in the waiting room heard the entire conversation) that I would receive a dental plan. Having heard nothing from Dr. Steddum I decided that I needed to find another dentist who was professional enough to follow through. My appointment with a local oral surgeon is tomorrow.

  I had the best dental experience I’ve ever had here. From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly helpful and thorough. I let them know I was on a tight budget, and Samantha along with the gentleman at the front desk took the time to walk me through my insurance, explain my coverage, and prioritize what needed to be done first versus what could be spaced out over time. The dentist was just as kind and understanding, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I really appreciated how transparent and patient everyone was. Highly recommend!

  There was initially a breakdown in communication between this office and the Louisburg Rd location that caused some frustration regarding a surgical procedure performed almost two years ago that ultimately impacted my daily life. However, once the team at Brier Creek recently became aware of my unresolved issue through my initial google review (now replaced with this one), they immediately reached out and worked quickly to resolve the situation. Dr. Steddum and his staff took the time to address my concerns and help determine the root of the tooth issue. I also want to add that the staff at Brier Creek has always been top tier — friendly, courteous, and welcoming. Their professionalism and willingness to make things right really stood out. Because of that, I’m happy to drive the extra distance to continue coming to this office rather than the one directly across the street from me.
