    Horrible Service, No accountability and as a warning to small businesses please do not sign up for A Verizon Business account. Stores sell plans and services that they can not service. Then when problems occur with service, equipment, billing errors they will push it onto "You've got to deal with customer service" as if they are a seperate entity. I've seen in several occasions that I've gone to the store to ask for solutions and made them call customer service, they saw for themselves that they were transferred around to 3-4 different departments, got hung up on and after over an hour each time, on different store visits couldn't resolve the same issue, I was told by a manager I can't guarantee a resolution. As a professional business, servicing other businesses, how can you leave a small business with lagging internet for over two months, no credit on the bill, fighting between your own out of country customer service team who's responsible for assisting the customer. In store business manager doesn't respond, store managers say it's out of their hands and that it's a struggle for them to work with their own internal customer service. Ultimately it's predatory to sell a business service that they knowingly understand cannot be serviced from the place bought. Our business is stuck in a contract that can't even support a 5 min internet video without buffering after being sold plan upgrades to solve the problem. Management team involved: Soni, Manager who advised there are no guarantees of a resolution, DJ business manager that after notes and a call from another manager didn't step in to resolve, Elliott a GM of the store that seems either unaware or refuses to provide his team with the resources to solve business problems. Literally no accountability on all sides of this. Will update if handled.

    Briana did a fantastic job helping us with our new phone upgrades today. She answered all of our questions very clearly and helped us make all the adjustments to our phone plans and deactivation of the old equipment.
