I don't know the names of the people who have serviced me here, but after going there a lot, a lot of the faces there are memorable, and some even recognized me! The place is very clean as well, even when it's busy, someone will come check in on you so you don't feel like you're left out. 10/10 would recommend

By the time I walked to my car and drove back by, all three employees were sitting at a table with no one else in the store. Guess my money was not good enough. I'll take mine elsewhere.

Would highly recommend asking for him by name. He was able to go through the whole process and explain each step clearly. When optional add-ons popped up, he helped go through them and actually listened when there were certain ones I wanted to decline (unlike the other store that would not remove them after asking multiple times). Got my phone in the color I wanted and with the amount of storage I needed delivered in a few days with no surprises on my bill.
