    Two staff were very disrespectful towards me. The manager was trying to help me with getting a copy of my bill and a staff interrupted by speaking aloud across the area from where he was sitting.I will be contacting corporate regarding both male staff being disrespectful and me the customer which caused a scene. The manager apologized for their behavior and stated that he had issues out of the pair before.

    I came in a month ago to trade my phone in as a part of a promotion they had. They told me the phone was on back order and that it could be shipped to my house. The package got lost or stolen, which isn’t their fault but i spent hours on the phone with fedex and verizon support. When I reordered I asked that it be sent to the store so it wasn’t lost again. I got the notification that my order was ready at 6pm. Then at 11pm the same day it was cancelled because I “didn’t pick it up in time.” Even though the store closes at 8pm. I called the next day to ask why it was cancelled and they said they had nothing to do with it and that it was automatically cancelled. They also confirmed that they have the exact phone I ordered in stock. I called verizon support (again) and they said THE MANAGER cancelled it and wasn’t going to give me a refund. So I spent hours on the phone for an entire month just for them to mess up my order AGAIN.

    I walked into the store to get help with an account for a deceased family member. Initially, the Verizon employee asked what I needed help with. I needed to disconnect and transfer a line to a different carrier, then disconnect the line on the account. They told me they could not help me with the transferring because the phone has a balance and needs to be returned. They told me to call 611 to transfer the line. I called 611 and they made me pay the balance on the phone im transferring and disconnected the line. Apparently you need a transference pin, which no one in the store warned me about needing. The store told me, after being there for over an hour, that I needed to leave and they would not help me anymore. I have death certificate(s) and the letters of administration. Terrible company and terrible service. None of the employees would give me their name.
