    I typically dont leave bad reviews. However, I feel if I don't mention the lack of customer service that the Verizon in Brier Creek provided, I would be doing them a disservice. They have to get better. I've been trying to transfer a business line to my personal account for about a week. Both accounts are Verizon. I tried this over the phone. No luck. Multiple error codes online. No help, no follow up. That has nothing to do with Brier Creek Verizon but my patience is a not I go to the store. I figured a quick and easy transfer. I was quick and easy because I was told that there is nothing they could do except offer a phone number to a department that doesn't open until Monday. Now I understand that maybe stores dont handle that directly but where is the customer service? They didn't even try! I sat in their parking lot for an hour on the phone with a nice young lady named Anna from customer support. My situation is still not resolved but she is working on it. The people in the store could have helped me with that process of getting someone on the line. The manager didn't even come over to speak. This may not have been a issue that they can fix in store. But when people come to you as a last resort, don't dismiss them. Put in a little effort to help get them on the right path. Offering me a number for a department that doesn't open to Monday is not effort. Especially when I was able to speak to someone over the phone as soon as I walked out of the store. They made me feel like if I wasn't buying something, I didnt deserve their time. Do better Verizon.

    After updating our plans on Black Friday the associate at the store managed to set our bill up to double charge entertainment. Then Verizon’s own system cancelled our phone delivery after a month of not shipping, without informing us despite talking to Verizon support and being given an updated delivery date. Spoiler: The phones never arrived and apparently this is a corporate location? Update: Verizon support is refusing to reapply Black Friday discounts because they “have expired.” Verizon messes up and shrugs when it comes to fixing the mistake.

    After spending 2 hours in this store for a simple phone upgrade, I left the store more confused. I ended up doing the upgrade online myself and walking out. The employees were not helpful and actually made things more difficult.

    Brittany the manager was not very helpful and wouldn't go out of ber way to help. Tried to return a phone that was sent to me by their mistake by another Verizon representative. Waited 40 min in line and made me drive yet to another location.
