Horrible customer service. One rep named JUSTIN added an unauthorized line on my account without my permission then proceeds to say Verizon did it (the same rep that works for Verizon so clearly HE DID IT) and had to go through a whole report with customer service which is flat out FRAUD ! The lengths someone will go to for a quick commission is insane and what you put out there will always come back to you in life. ALWAYS ! Then a lady rep proceeds to have the worst customer service and asked if a man is available being that I’m a female and owner of my account. Worst store who will do anything for money on someone’s else behalf. They hired a scammer clearly. Go elsewhere!

While trying to ask the rep questions about an unauthorized line on our account and how to get a number transferred from one Verizon plan to another, the rep was on his phone scrolling through eBay and didn’t answer any of our questions. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I work in the customer environment, and today I saw the worst example of customer service. Imagine walking into the Brier Creek store and not one individual looked up to greet you. When we finally got to a desk after waiting for about 15 minutes, the Customer Rep stared at us as if to say, “Why are you here today?” I finally said to do an upgrade. He grunted, “What type of phone do you have?” My daughter asked if he could look it up as we knew there was a promo. He said the promo ended in December. Both my daughter and I proceeded to show him the information of the offer on both phones from that morning. Tim (the customer service rep) got pretty annoyed at each question asked; it was like pulling teeth. My daughter said, “This is ridiculous, why is it so difficult to answer questions related to your job?” Tim got so loud, shouting at my daughter, calling her a bad customer for asking questions. I was horrified as he put on this show in the store in front of other customers and his co workers. The sad part is that not one of his teammates came over to see what was happening. I have never in my over 20 years with Verizon across several states seen anything so outrageous. Tim needs to be in a back office somewhere; he is not fit to interact with customers. And his teammates by not intervening are co signing on his atrocious behavior.

I had the worst experience at this location today. I went in to upgrade my phone, a simple enough task. When we walked in we were not greeted by any associates, and no one spoke to us as we browsed while waiting. This didn’t bother me, but it’s worth noting because of where things went. Once it was our turn, the customer service representative, Tim, appeared to be very disinterested in helping. I let him know I was there to upgrade my phone, he pulled up my account information and proceeded to ask me questions I would think he would be able to see in my account (e.g. what kind of phone do I have). He told me I was not eligible for an upgrade, and I had to let him know I received a text this morning saying I was eligible. He then says it wouldn’t be free, so I asked how much would it be, he said the most I would get would be $830 off the 17. That is over 50% off. At this point I became offended because I felt as though I was pulling teeth to just get general help and guidance to upgrade my phone. I then asked about storage because I also needed to increase the storage on my current phone. Again, it felt as if I was pulling Tim’s teeth. He asked me how much storage I had, I told him I don’t know, could he see on his end? This is when his attitude increased, he then made me walk through my phone to find the amount of storage I had, and told me the 17 had about 100 more GBs. So this seemed good, I thought the problem was solved, but he then said, because I have so little storage he doesn’t know if my phone will transfer everything when my new phone comes. I then asked what would I need to do, he said delete some stuff. I became frustrated because I’m sure I can pay to increase storage, so I said I will need to step away because he was so rude! My mother was also with me (and my children), and she continued trying to speak to him. When I came back I told him I was getting frustrated because it feels as though I’m pulling teeth to get CUSTOMER SERVICE. He then began to get loud and I told him his customer service was terrible, and he YELLED, “AND YOU’RE A BAD CUSTOMER!” I could not believe this was happening. He began speaking to me in a derogatory manner while the other 2 associates, Will and Aaron, sat there and did not intervene. My family and I left immediately, and will never return or recommend this store. Tim’s behavior was absolutely appalling, and I cannot believe Will and Aaron sat there silently while a MAN accosted a female customer without any intervention. It was a terrible experience and none of them belong in customer service roles. And if I could give them all ZERO ratings, I would.

This particular store is in a very elite part of Brier Creek. When I entered into the store, an associate told me what I needed to do to get service and proceeded to sit me down and I called customer service. While on the call,I heard maybe a manager ask the associate what I was here for but I proceeded with the call. The operator told me to alert someone there that I was returning equipment and my service was in the disconnection stage. When I approached him, he automatically cut me off and told me I can't accept this unless it's already disconnected. He had a disgusted look on his face, as if I was wasting his time. Maybe the associates should have refresher courses on customer services and their jobs. The manager there made me feel very offended and I'll drive 25 miles compared to the 3 miles to receive better service.
