On September 29, however, the manager, Angela, spoke to me in a rude and unnecessary tone. I was only trying to pay my bill, quick pay, but I was met with a speech about not serving me instead of straightforward assistance. I’m disappointed because this isn’t typical of this location. I’d appreciate a follow-up and a return to the excellent service I’ve known.

She sold me a default device and tried to block me from returning the device within the 7 day time frame. I had to file a fraudulent dispute against Cricket and Better Business Bureau claim. I would advise not to purchase any services from this store!
