  In store price on a ring battery doorbell plus is 149.99, and one on the best buy website is 84.99. Though the staff are super nice, they say the company won’t honor their own online price because it’s shipped by a third party…. Even though it’s on their own website being sold at 84.99 and is the exact same product. My problem here is that I’m needing a doorbell now and the one online is not arriving for a week and a half, yet they have one right here they could sell me for a matched price. It makes me consider not coming to the store anymore

  It’s always great to shop at Best Buy. I really enjoy technology, and this store is usually my go-to place. Even though customer service isn’t always what it used to be, that’s not an issue for me because I usually know exactly what I’m looking for when I walk in. The store is clean, well organized, and checkout is fast. I’ve been buying from here for many years and overall I’ve always had a good experience. Definitely a solid place to shop for electronics.

  I bought a new phone on the Samsung website for pickup at this Best Buy location. The store was super crowded with last minute Christmas shoppers when I arrived after getting my "your order is ready for pickup" email. I ended up going to the wrong place in the store to try and pickup my order using my phone number, not realizing that you have to give them the barcode from your confirmation email. Basically, I made it as hard as possible to find my order (unintetionally!). The manager is who helped me find my order, and he was so patient throughout the transaction. Thank you Balach for being kind. Hope you have a Happy New Year!

  Went here a few days ago to get a new screen for my desktop. Asked the person who offered to help me a few questions on specs of the screen I needed and they were able to fix me right up. Will definitely be back!

  This is the ultimate Best Buy. Every time I visit this store, I’m blown away by the knowledge and professionalism each team member brings. This past weekend, I went in to purchase a new phone for my mother. David, the mobile phone guru, clearly explained how my wife, my mother, and I could trade in our phones and upgrade to the newest Samsung Galaxy or iPhone for virtually no cost. He broke down our monthly installments and billing in a way that was easy to understand. We ended up purchasing three new phones and chose the Best Buy Total Care plan, which covers all of our devices and future purchases. As always, I’m extremely pleased with the service. This was truly a great visit.
