Yet they were so organized and still managed to greet every customer. The person who was helping me was very informative in helping me pick out which AirPods and MacBook to get. He was also good at helping other people while still giving me his undivided attention when I needed it to make sure one person wasn’t taken up all his time but strategically allocating it to multiple customers.

The box was unopened but when she opened the box, it had scratches on the screen. We are within the return window so I let my nephew drive an hour from were we leave to return it to the store and buy a new one. Only to be rejected by the store manager who was unprofessional, unfriendly, and didn’t know the return policy. He wouldn’t even listen to my nephew’s explanation of our situation. I tried talking to him on my nephews phone. He wouldn’t even pick up the phone to talk to me. We paid over 1,700 for a scratched phone that Freddy the manager wouldn’t even except and it was received by us damaged. This is not the service I’ve always received by professional Apple employees!

After arriving at the store, I was informed the repair was not possible. This lack of consistency between online information and in-store service is disappointing and resulted in a complete waste of time. It’s looks Apple is selling Disposable items.
