Absolutely horrible experience. We went yesterday to trade in my iPhone 13 Pro Max for a 17 Pro Max and was met with frustration after frustration from the start. I ordered the phone online and was told to stand in a specific part of the store to wait for someone to meet with us and complete the order. After half an hour of watching workers walk by and ignore us, we were told that we were standing in the incorrect area; we were told the left table in the back near the HomePods section and it was not that table. Then, when we went to the correct area, the process was going fine until the end. The worker completely bypassed anything saying to transfer my data from the 13 to the 17 (I actively watched him click past anything on his device discussing a transfer) because I had a 7 hour old iCloud backup. He had me delete all of the data off of my 13, took it, and gave me the 17. I asked him at that point if everything with transferring my service was finished or if I had to go to Verizon to deal with that since I had never ordered a phone from Apple before. He told me that everything involving my cell service was completed and that as long as I was connected to Wifi when setting up the phone I should be fine. That was a complete lie. I got home and began the set up process, and it turns out I needed that 13 Pro Max in order to transfer my cell service to the 17 and to perform multiple verifications required to transfer my service. I ended up being on a call with Verizon for almost an hour to try and solve this, which they were unable to do because I no longer had the 13 after being told that everything was fine. The only workaround we were able to get is for me to get a temporary phone number and waiting until I'm able to delete the 13 off of my phone line and replace my temporary number with my actual number. I've never had such a horrible experience buying something at this store. Workers did not care at all about making sure that you were being serviced correctly and completely ruined my buying experience. I've never been so inconvenienced and so frustrated when purchasing anything before.

1 star because they told me not once but twice there is nothing wrong with my husbands phone. Yet here we are and for the 3rd time it won’t turn on again. The most annoying part is this issue started while the phone was still under warranty in September. I went back twice while it was still under and now it’s not. At this point Apple just isn’t worth it. I don’t feel like anyone tried to figure out the issue.

For a phone company it’s surprising that they don’t know how to answer theirs. My husband and I have been calling all day today trying to get a question answered before spending two hours driving there but it’s rings. and rings and hangs up on you. Do better.

Very poor experience today. Arrived for my appointment 15 min late due to traffic in the mall parking lot being stopped and rerouted by security/police. Upon arrival, I was told they cancelled my appointment since I was late. Was then told no technicians were on site to help troubleshoot my AirPods, while multiple employees were posted up on the back wall doing nothing and talking amongst themselves.
